Every partner has their own Profile World: news, video, events, community and rewards, in their own colours. Following a world puts it in your feed and starts your history with that partner.

Tiers cannot be purchased. When you show up as Gold or Legend in a community, everyone knows it came from turning up, not from paying.

Presale windows, ballots and limited drops go to members by tier, so loyalty puts you ahead of the general queue instead of in it.

Signed items, match-worn kit, behind-the-scenes moments and experiences — the things partners have and shops do not.

Nothing resets

Your points, history and Passport carry across seasons and across worlds. Time invested keeps counting.

How you earn Podium Points

Every award is written to your own points ledger, visible on your Podium Points page. Awards are one-time per action and item, so points reflect genuine participation instead of repeat clicking.

Redeem rewards

Spend points on access, experiences and digital collectibles offered by the worlds you follow. Your balance is reduced when the redemption is created.

Meet them in real life

Higher Passport tiers unlock real-world moments: ballots for meet-and-greets, soundchecks, training-ground and set visits, and priority invitations to hosted in-person experiences. Offers depend on each world's schedule, and availability, eligibility and separate terms apply.

Watch unique clips and live rooms

Each world has its own video room: clips filmed by that person, club or crew only. One clip is open to everyone, deeper sessions open at higher point levels, and limited-time clips disappear again. Live broadcasts open to fans who have reached the level the world sets.

Unlock tiers

Your lifetime earned points decide your Passport tier. Redeeming rewards spends your balance but never lowers the tier you have reached.

Support causes

Auctions and campaigns route value transparently: 60% to the profile partner, 10% to charity and 30% to Fanpodium operations.
