Pricing & ROI

The club's cost, stated before the club has to ask

Every commercial conversation starts with the same question: what does this cost us? Here is the shape of the answer, what it covers, what it does not, and the break-even point on the single slowest revenue stream.

Principles behind the price

  • One platform licence per club, quoted per season — not per fan, so growth in the audience is never punished.
  • The licence covers hosting, security, the shared product roadmap and every feature listed as live today.
  • Payment-provider fees are the provider's and are always shown separately from the platform fee.
  • The auction split (60 club / 10 charity / 30 platform) is the only place a percentage of fan value applies by default.
  • Club-led lines — membership, merch, matchday, sponsor packages — carry a commercially agreed rate, not 30%.
  • The pilot is scoped so the club can stop at month three without a multi-year commitment.
  • No charge for exports, API keys, webhooks or additional staff seats.

Three commercial shapes

Final figures are quoted per club against scope, market and the number of audiences. These are the shapes, not a rate card.

  • Pilot

FitsOne audience, one season, a decision at month three

IncludesBranded club world, Partner Console, CMS, points and Passport, rewards, one auction cycle, analytics with CSV export, API keys and webhooks, launch support

CommercialsFixed pilot fee, agreed before kick-off. Auction split applies to auctions only.

  • Season licence

FitsFirst team live, commercial streams switched on one at a time

IncludesEverything in Pilot plus sponsor campaign management and reporting, causes and impact reporting, staff roles at no per-seat charge, priority support

CommercialsAnnual licence plus the agreed rate on club-led lines.

  • Multi-world

FitsFirst team plus academy, women's team, legends or a foundation

IncludesMultiple worlds inside one tenant, cross-world fan view, consolidated board reporting, per-world staff scoping and age gating for academy audiences

CommercialsLicence scaled per additional world, well below a second club licence.

In the licence, and outside it

Stated plainly so nothing appears on an invoice the club did not expect.

Included in the licence

  • Hosting, backups, monitoring and security patching.
  • Unlimited club staff seats with scoped roles.
  • Public API v1 keys, signed webhooks and delivery logs.
  • CSV export from every reporting surface.
  • Product roadmap improvements at no extra licence cost.
  • Onboarding workshop and staff training during the pilot.

Not included

  • Payment and payout provider fees — charged by the provider, never marked up by us.
  • Physical goods, fulfilment, postage and customs on drops and signed items.
  • The club's own creative production and photography.
  • Third-party licences the club already holds: ticketing, CRM, sport data.
  • Bespoke integration work beyond the documented API and webhook surface, quoted separately.
  • Paid media, if the club chooses to advertise its own world.

Where does break-even sit?

Break-even is shown on digital membership alone — the slowest, most conservative stream. Matchday upsell, drops, auctions and sponsor packages are excluded, so a real club reaches break-even earlier than this model suggests.

Use the figure from your own quote. The default is a mid-range season licence.
