Book a call

One session, and the club has everything it needs to decide

Thirty minutes: the live product walked screen by screen, the club's own numbers in the sizing and break-even models, and the ownership, security and finance questions answered in front of everyone at once.

Book a 30-minute pilot session

We walk the live product, put the club's own numbers into the model and answer the ownership, security and finance questions in the same session. Commercial, IT and marketing are all welcome on the call.

Used only to arrange the session. Not shared, not added to any marketing list.

The same platform, four different worries

Every club sends four people to the meeting, and each of them is protecting something different. Here are the straight answers, grouped by who is asking.

Commercial director

Will this actually make money, and can I sell it to sponsors?

Where does the first incremental revenue come from?
Digital membership. It is recurring, it needs no physical logistics, and it produces the tier data that makes every other stream targetable.
How does this change a sponsor conversation?
You stop selling estimated reach and start selling measured campaigns inside your own world: impressions, engagement, conversion and tier breakdown per campaign, with small segments suppressed.
Does Fanpodium take a cut of our sponsor deals?
No. The club sells the package, sets the price, invoices the sponsor and keeps the contract. We supply the measurement.
What is realistic in season one?
A membership base in the low tens of thousands of a large following, one or two auction cycles and one sponsor package repriced on evidence. The estimator on the pricing page is deliberately conservative.
IT / technology lead

Is this another system I have to own and secure?

Do we have to replace our app, site or ticketing?
No. Path two keeps all of it and runs Fanpodium as the fan layer underneath, feeding your surfaces through versioned APIs, club-scoped keys and signed webhooks.
How is our data isolated from other clubs?
Row-level security in the database, not just checks in the interface. Every write is re-validated server-side and every staff action is written to an immutable audit log.
What is the integration effort?
Zero on the white-label path. On the connected path it is reading documented REST endpoints and receiving signed webhooks — days of work, not a programme.
What happens to our keys and secrets?
Club-scoped API keys are issued in the console, shown once and rotatable by the club. Webhook payloads are signed and idempotent, with delivery logs the club can inspect.
Marketing / communications

Who controls the tone, and does it create more work?

Who publishes?
The club, directly. Draft privately, publish when the comms plan says so, unpublish without deleting history. No agency in the middle and no ticket queue.
How much resource does it take to run?
One editor plus a part-time moderator during a pilot. Most content is already being produced for other channels.
Will it look like our club or like Fanpodium?
Your crest, colours, cover, tone and story. No third-party brand is inserted into the fan surface.
Does this compete with our social channels?
No — it converts them. Social stays the top of the funnel; the club world is where the fan becomes identified, consented and reachable for free.
Finance / legal

What are we committing to, and what is the risk?

What does it cost and what is variable?
A fixed licence per season plus the agreed rate on club-led lines. Payment-provider fees are the provider's and never marked up. No per-fan or per-seat charges.
Who holds the money?
Membership, merch, matchday and sponsor income settle to the club through the club's chosen provider. Only auction and campaign-driven value routes through the split.
Are we locked in?
No. Full export at any time, an agreed handover window and verified deletion after termination, all written into the agreement.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
We make no compliance claim. The club is controller, we are processor, a processor agreement is signed before launch and we supply technical documentation for the club's own legal review.
