White-label club world, built by us
A complete branded fan platform: content, community, membership tiers, rewards, drops, signed-item auctions and club causes. Nothing to develop on the club's side.
This is the section clubs push hardest on, so it is stated bluntly. On social platforms the club rents its own audience. Here the club holds it — and can take it away at any time.
Every asset created because of the club belongs to the club, in writing and in the database.
The fan relationship
PositionEvery fan who follows the club's world sits in the club's own tenant. Profile, consents, interests, points and activity belong to the club.
All traffic connected to the club
PositionViews, engagement, matchday check-ins, campaign conversions, drops and auction activity are measured per club and visible only to the club's own staff.
Content
PositionNews, video, events, campaigns and creative remain the club's property.
Sponsor relationships
PositionThe club sells the packages, sets the price and holds the contract.
Brand surface
PositionThe world carries the club's crest, colours and tone. No third-party branding is inserted into the fan surface.
The right to leave
PositionContent, audience segments, campaign performance and measurement export to CSV at any time, and the same data is reachable through the club's own API keys. No lock-in.

For the club's IT and data-protection reviewers: the interface is not the security boundary.
One thing is deliberately not exclusive: the fan's account identity. A fan has one Fanpodium login that works across every world. That is the mechanism that brings new supporters to the club for free — and it means the fan, not the club, owns their own identity record, exactly as they own their email address. Everything the fan does inside the club's world is the club's. Nothing the fan does in another world is visible to the club, and nothing the fan does in the club's world is visible to anyone else.
Where the fan sees the world is the only difference. Ownership, backoffice and measurement do not change.
Path one
A complete branded fan platform: content, community, membership tiers, rewards, drops, signed-item auctions and club causes. Nothing to develop on the club's side.
Path two
The club keeps its app, website and ticketing. Fanpodium runs the fan layer underneath and feeds existing surfaces through versioned APIs, club-scoped keys and signed webhooks. No migration, no rebuild.
Path 1.5
Launch on path one to prove the model in a single season, then connect the same tenant to the club app and ticketing once the numbers justify the IT work. No data or fan history is lost.
