For football clubs

Your fans. Your data. Your revenue.

Fanpodium gives your club its own membership platform — a branded world where every supporter, every interaction and every stream of traffic connected to the club stays under the club's control, and converts into measurable income.

This is a preview build. Clubs, figures and items shown are clearly labelled demo data. No live payments, ticketing or third-party integrations are enabled yet.

How it works

How it works for a club — from first meeting to recurring revenue

Ten steps, in the order they actually happen. Nothing here requires the club to build software, move its ticketing provider or hand over a single fan record.

  1. Decide how the club shows up: white-label world or connected app

Path one gives the club a complete branded Profile World built by us. Path two keeps the club's existing app, site and ticketing and runs Fanpodium as the fan layer underneath, feeding those surfaces over versioned APIs, club-scoped API keys and signed webhooks. Ownership, backoffice and measurement are identical on both paths.

    • No development work required from the club on path one
    • No migration and no rebuild on path two
    • Fans see the club's crest and colours, never a third-party brand
    • Path can change later without losing data or fan history

Outcome: a launch route the club's IT and marketing can both agree to

  2. The club's tenant is created — isolated at database level

Every club is its own tenant. Access is enforced row by row inside the database, not just in the interface, so no other club, sponsor or partner can read the club's rows even if they are logged in to the same platform.

    • Fans, content, campaigns, points and analytics scoped to the club
    • Sponsors are limited to their own campaign data by policy
    • Every staff action is written to an immutable audit log
    • Segments too small to be anonymous are suppressed in reporting

Outcome: a data-protection story the club can put in writing

  3. Staff are invited with scoped roles

Club staff are invited by email into the Partner Console with the least access they need: admin, editor, moderator or finance. There is no shared login, no agency in the middle and no ticket queue to publish something.

    • Admin: settings, roles, integrations, exports
    • Editor: content, events, drops, campaigns
    • Moderator: comments, reports, moderation queue
    • Finance: orders, auction results, payout reporting

Outcome: the club publishes on its own schedule

  4. The world is dressed and the first content goes live

Crest, colours, cover, tagline and story are configured, then content is published through the CMS with a full draft → review → publish → unpublish lifecycle. News, video and events all carry the same audit trail.

    • Draft privately, publish when the comms plan says so
    • Unpublish without deleting history
    • Permitted video embeds for match highlights and interviews
    • Every change stamped with who, what and when

Outcome: a fan surface that looks and feels like the club

  5. Membership tiers and the reward catalogue are configured

The club sets what each Superfan Passport tier is actually worth: presale windows, members-only content, matchday perks, ballots, signed items and experiences. Status is earned through loyalty, which is exactly why fans chase it.

    • Bronze to Legend thresholds visible to fans
    • Reward inventory with stock limits and low-stock alerts
    • Redemption queues with fulfilment status per item
    • Club-defined point awards for events, drops and campaigns

Outcome: a loyalty ladder that converts attention into spend

  6. Launch to supporters — and the fan loop starts

Fans follow the club with one tap, then earn Podium Points for reading, reacting, commenting, attending and taking part. Points move them up the Passport, and higher tiers unlock access the club controls.

    • Follow a world: 25 points, once per world
    • React to a post: 10 points · comment or reply: 20 points
    • Completed fan profile: up to 1,000 points
    • Event, drop and campaign awards set by the club itself

Outcome: repeat visits without paying for reach every time

  7. Revenue streams are switched on, one at a time

Digital membership, matchday and VIP upsell, official drops, signed-item auctions, sponsor packages and community causes all run inside the same world and are measured in the same place. Most clubs start with two and add the rest once the audience is warm.

    • Recurring membership income rather than one-off campaigns
    • Priority windows pushed to the fans most likely to buy
    • Auction split shown transparently to fans and configurable per club
    • Charity share builds goodwill and unlocks partner CSR budgets

Outcome: six streams from one audience instead of one

  8. Analytics land in the club's own console

7, 30 and 90-day traffic, engagement and conversion by country, city, device, channel, tier and moment. It is the club's own audience data, not a platform-wide benchmark — and it is exportable to CSV or reachable through the club's API keys.

    • See which content actually drove membership and ticket demand
    • Compare matchdays, drops and campaigns on the same metrics
    • Feed the club's existing BI or CRM through API and webhooks
    • Export at any time — the data leaves with the club

Outcome: decisions made on the club's own numbers

  9. Sponsor packages are sold on real measurement

Once month one has produced real numbers, the club packages campaigns inside its own world and prices them on evidence. The sponsor gets aggregated performance reporting; the club keeps the contract, the price and the fan relationship.

    • The club sells and owns the sponsor relationship
    • Sponsors see only their own campaign performance
    • No identifiable fan data ever leaves the club's tenant
    • Provable value at renewal instead of a reach estimate

Outcome: higher sponsor renewal rates and stronger pricing power

  10. Privacy, consent and exit are handled openly

Consent state is tracked per fan, and export and deletion requests are handled through the console with an audit trail. If the club ever leaves, it takes its audience data with it.

    • Per-fan consent state, visible and revocable
    • Data export and deletion requests handled in-console
    • Private storage for uploads with signed access
    • No lock-in: the club's data is exportable at all times

Outcome: a supporter relationship the club can defend publicly

Why it pays off

Owned audience, not rented reach

On social platforms the club pays again for every impression against an audience it does not own. Here the supporter sits in the club's tenant and can be reached directly, repeatedly, at no incremental media cost.

Loyalty that compounds

Points and Passport tiers persist, so a fan's history with the club keeps growing instead of resetting each season. The longer they stay, the more they have to lose by leaving.

Sponsor value you can prove

Aggregated, defensible campaign reporting means sponsor conversations move from reach estimates to results — which is what raises package prices and renewal rates.

Inventory the club already has

Match-worn shirts, signed items, behind-the-scenes access and experiences cost the club very little and convert extremely well against a verified, logged-in audience.

Community goodwill with a number on it

Club-led causes with a transparent charity share strengthen the club's standing locally and give partners a measurable CSR story to fund.

Risk contained by design

Tenant isolation, scoped staff roles, audit logs, consent tracking and suppressed small segments mean the platform reduces the club's exposure rather than adding to it.

Timings reflect a standard pilot scope and can shift with the club's own approval cycles. Figures shown across this page are indicative planning examples on demo data, not forecasts or guarantees. Payments, payouts, ticketing and third-party integrations require the club's chosen providers before going live.

You don't have to replace your app

Clubs join in one of two ways. Both give the club the same ownership, the same backoffice and the same measurement — the only difference is where the fan sees it.

Path one

Your own white-label club world

A complete branded fan platform in your crest and colours: content, community, membership tiers, rewards, drops, signed-item auctions and club causes. Nothing to develop on your side.

  • Launch-ready, set up in weeks not quarters
  • Fans see the club, never a third-party brand
  • Staff console with scoped roles and an audit trail

Path two

Connect the app and systems you already run

Keep your app, your website and your ticketing. Fanpodium runs the fan layer underneath and feeds your existing surfaces through versioned APIs, signed webhooks and club-scoped API keys — or manual publishing where that is faster.

  • No migration and no rebuild of what already works
  • Content, events and aggregate analytics over API
  • Delivery logs and idempotent references on every webhook
What we never touch

We complement the club. We don't take it over.

Your ticketing system

Keep your provider. We drive demand into it and measure the result.

Your sponsor relationships

You sell the packages, you set the price, you keep the contract.

Your brand and editorial voice

Every surface is yours. We add no Fanpodium branding a fan can see.

Your data

It stays the club's, exportable at any time, and it leaves with you if you leave.

Ownership is the starting point, not a feature

On social platforms the club rents its own audience. Here the club holds it. Everything that happens because of the club belongs to the club.

The fan relationship is the club's

Every fan who follows your world sits in your tenant. Their profile, consents, interests, points and activity belong to the club — not to a social network's algorithm.

All traffic tied to the club is the club's

Views, engagement, matchday check-ins, campaign conversions, drops and auction activity are measured per club and visible only to the club's own staff.

Export whenever you want

Content, audience segments, campaign performance and measurement export to CSV, and the same data is reachable through the club's own API keys and webhooks.

Strict tenant isolation

Access is enforced in the database itself, per row. No other club, sponsor or partner can read your club's data — and sponsors never receive identifiable fan lists.

Six ways the club earns

One audience, six revenue streams — all inside the same club world, all measured in the same place.

Digital membership

Tiered fan membership with real utility: presale windows, members-only content and community.

Recurring revenue per member

Matchday & VIP upsell

Priority windows, hospitality and experience packages pushed to the fans most likely to buy.

Higher yield per seat

Official drops & merch

Limited drops released to the members who earned the right to see them first.

Sell-through on launch day

Signed-item auctions

Match-worn and signed items auctioned to a verified, logged-in audience.

60% club · 10% charity · 30% platform

Sponsor packages

Sell measurable campaigns inside your own world, with reporting the sponsor can trust.

Provable value, higher renewal

Community & charity

Club-led causes that build goodwill and unlock CSR budgets from partners.

Brand equity + partner funding

Auction allocation is configurable per club and shown transparently to fans. Payments, payouts and ticket fulfilment require the club's chosen providers before going live — the commercial model is not a compliance or performance guarantee.

Put your own numbers in

Move the two sliders to your club's reality. The model is deliberately conservative and indicative only — it is a way to size the opportunity, not a forecast or a promise.

Social following, database and matchday attendance combined.

Active members, not passive followers. 15–25% is a realistic first-year band.

Why fans actually stay

The Superfan Passport turns supporting the club into progress fans can see. Loyalty becomes status, status becomes access, access drives spend.
