Fanpodium is a pilot build made available for evaluation and demonstration. Features, content and figures may change without notice.

Demo Profile Worlds, partner names, tiers, drops, auctions and charity figures shown in the pilot are illustrative. They do not imply a partnership, availability, sale, ticket entitlement or likeness right.

You need an account to join worlds. Provide accurate details, including a reachable phone number, and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out with your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or sold.

Posts, comments and messages must be lawful and respectful. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, and infringing or explicit material are not allowed.

Partner and Fanpodium moderators may hide, remove or restrict content and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Podium Points and Passport tiers reflect engagement inside the product. They have no cash value, are not transferable and are not a financial instrument.

During the pilot, rewards, ballots, drops and auctions are demonstrations. No purchase is completed and no entitlement is granted.

Live payments are disabled. Checkout boundaries exist so a licensed payment provider can be connected later, but no card, wallet or bank transaction is processed in the pilot.

Partners keep the rights to the content they publish in their own world. You keep the rights to what you post, and grant Fanpodium and the relevant partner permission to display it inside the product.

The Fanpodium name, logo and platform remain ours. Partner names and marks used in preview worlds remain the property of their owners.

The pilot is provided as is, without warranties. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or changes.

To the extent permitted by law, Fanpodium is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the pilot.

You can close your account at any time and request an export or deletion of your data.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other fans, partners or the platform at risk.
