Privacy

Privacy is a product feature, not a policy page.

How Fanpodium handles fan data: partner-owned tenants, least-privilege access, aggregate-only sponsor reporting, consent, export and deletion. Pilot build, no live payments.

Who is responsible for your data

Each Profile World belongs to a partner — a club, artist, athlete, actor, creator or legend. That partner decides what happens inside its own world and is responsible for the fan relationship it owns.

Fanpodium operates the platform on the partner's behalf: we host, secure and maintain it, and we do not sell or resell fan data to anyone.

What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number and password credentials handled by our authentication provider.

Activity you create in the product: follows, posts, comments, likes, reward redemptions, bids and charity contributions.

Technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as timestamps, device and browser information and security audit events.

How data is separated

Every partner world is a separate tenant. Records are isolated with row-level database policies, so a partner's staff can only reach data belonging to that partner.

Access inside consoles is role-based and least-privilege: partner, sponsor and HQ roles each see only what their role requires.

What sponsors can see

Sponsors receive aggregate campaign performance only — reach, engagement, redemption volumes and charity impact.

Sponsors never receive identifiable fan records, contact details or individual activity histories.

Your choices

You control notification preferences and consent settings from your account.

You can request an export of your data or deletion of your account. Deletion removes your profile and activity from the worlds you joined, except records we must retain for security and accounting integrity.

Status of this build

Fanpodium is currently a pilot build. Partner names, tiers and figures shown are illustrative, live payments are disabled and no external partner systems are connected.

This page explains how the product is designed and operated. It is a plain-language description, not legal advice or a certification claim.

Contact

For privacy questions, data exports or deletion requests, contact the Fanpodium team through the pilot request form on the partner pages, or the partner whose world you joined.
